Approxima is an early stage Italian start-up founded in 2020 that has developed a low invasive surgical device for tricuspid valve repair to treat tricuspid valve regurgitation. Approxima’s technology is based on the concept that a better tricuspid valve leaflets’ coaptation can be achieved by remodelling the right ventricle with an approximation of papillary muscles.
