Federica is running Panakes environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring alignment with the commitment to responsible and impactful investing and contributing to the company mission. She also supports the CFO in the controlling and accounting process related to the fund portfolio’s companies. She previously works as a Corporate Finance Consultant in the asset management sector and as FP&A Specialist in Snam S.p.A.
